Humans Against 28-Day Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Humans Against. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a 28-day money-back satisfaction guarantee, subject to the terms below.
This offer applies only to qualifying online orders placed directly at humansagainst.com and is separate from our standard refund policy and your legal rights.
1. Scope of this guarantee
This satisfaction guarantee:

Applies only to online purchases made on humansagainst.com.

Applies only to your first order of Humans Against Wasted Days (one box).

Is limited to one claim per customer and per household.

Is intended for customers who have used the product as directed but did not feel it was right for them.
First order with more than one box
If your first online order includes more than one box of Humans Against Wasted Days:

This satisfaction guarantee applies to a maximum of one (1) box per customer/household, even if you purchased multiple boxes in that first order.

We may ask you to return all boxes from that order for safety and quality control, but
-
Any refund under this satisfaction guarantee will be limited to the value of one box.

Any additional refunds (if applicable) for extra unopened boxes will be assessed under our standard Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
For any type of refund or return that is not covered by this satisfaction guarantee (for example, if you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or your purchase doesn’t meet the criteria below), please refer to our standard Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility criteria
To qualify for the 28-day satisfaction guarantee:
Purchase channel
Your order must have been placed directly on humansagainst.com. Orders from pharmacies, other retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not eligible under this guarantee. Please contact the retailer directly or see our standard Refund Policy for those purchases.
First-time purchase only
The guarantee applies only to your first purchase of Humans Against Wasted Days.
We reserve the right to treat multiple orders to the same name, email address, payment method, or delivery address as belonging to the same customer/household.
Time limit – 28 days
You must contact us within 28 days of the date your order was delivered, according to our courier tracking.
Product condition
You may open the box and try the product, but at least half of the sachets must be unused and returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (where reasonably possible).
3. How to make a guarantee claim
If you meet the criteria above and wish to claim under this guarantee:

Receive a Return Authorisation (RA)

If your claim appears to meet the basic criteria, we will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and provide return instructions.

You must not return the product without an RA number, as this may delay or prevent your refund.

Return deadline – 28 days after RA

Once an RA number is issued, you must send the product back to us within 28 days.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Inspection and refund

When we receive your return, we will:

Check that the RA is valid and the product matches the claim, and
-
Confirm that at least half the sachets remain unused.

If everything is in order, we will process a refund of the product price to your original payment method within a reasonable period. (Any original shipping charges and your return postage costs are normally non-refundable under this guarantee, unless required by law.)

4. Misuse and “patterns of abuse”
We want this guarantee to be fair for genuine customers, not a loophole for repeated free products.
We therefore reserve the right to decline claims where we have reasonable grounds to believe the guarantee is being misused, for example:

Multiple guarantee claims from the same customer or household,

Evidence of falsified information or documents, or
-
Returns that do not match the original order or show signs of deliberate misuse.
In such cases, we may refuse a refund under this guarantee and may choose not to offer the guarantee to that customer or household in future.
5. Faulty or damaged goods & your legal rights
This satisfaction guarantee is not designed for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may have additional rights under UK law (for example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations for online purchases). These rights may entitle you to a replacement or refund, regardless of this satisfaction guarantee.
