Returns Policy

At Humans Against, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products (food supplements), returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.

How to Report a Faulty or Damaged Item

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please follow the steps below:

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Our Customer Service Team

Reach out to our customer service team via the Contact Us page or at hello@humansagainst.com. Please include your order number, details of the fault or damage, and any supporting evidence (such as photos). We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your return or replacement.

2. Securely Package Your Items

If instructed to return the item, package it securely in its original packaging. Please include your order number, name, and return address inside the package.

3. Ship Your Return

Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team on where to send your return. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund as quickly as possible. If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

  • We will refund the cost of the product(s) as well as any original shipping charges if the product was faulty or damaged.
  • Refunds may take several days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important:

Due to the nature of our goods being food supplements, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving the product.
