At Humans Against, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably. Below, you will find all the essential information about our delivery options, timings, and FAQs.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Cost: £2.95 (Free for orders over £30)
- Timeframe: Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
- Availability: Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Shipping Method: All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48®, tracked to the delivery point for your peace of mind.
Sample Deliveries
- Cost: Free
- Timeframe: Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
- Shipping Method: Samples are sent via Royal Mail First or Second Class stamp.
Please Note: During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Note: Tracking is not available for sample deliveries sent via First or Second Class stamp.
Delivery Coverage
Royal Mail Tracked 48® delivers to all UK postcodes, including:

England, Scotland, and Wales: All mainland postcodes are covered.

Northern Ireland: Delivery is available across all postcodes.

Isle of Man and Isle of Wight: Full coverage.

Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey): Available for delivery.

Scotland Highlands & Islands: Delivery to even the most remote areas.

Scilly Isles and other offshore islands: Tracked 48® reaches these postcodes too.
Please note that while Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 working days, times may vary slightly for more remote or rural areas.
Delivery FAQs
What happens if I’m not in when my delivery arrives?
If you are not available when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will usually:

Leave the parcel with a trusted neighbour and provide a card to inform you.

Leave the parcel in a designated safe place on your property and notify you via a card.

Take the parcel to your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office or local Customer Service Point. You will receive a "Something for You" card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.
What if my order is delayed?
While we do our best to ensure all deliveries are made on time, delays can occasionally happen. Should your delivery be delayed, please contact our customer service team at hello@humansagainst.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international delivery.
